No Refund Policy

DIGI FarmID follows a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. All payments made on this platform are final.

• No refunds will be issued once coins are purchased.
• No refunds for unused or partially used coins.
• No refunds for incorrect details entered by the user.
• No refunds for failure to use the service after payment.
• No cancellations after successful payment.

Wallet & Coin Usage

Coins purchased through the platform are credited to the user’s wallet and are used to generate and download Farmer ID cards.

Payment Disputes

Any payment disputes must be raised directly with the payment gateway. DIGI FarmID will provide reasonable support but does not guarantee reversal of any transaction.
